No Relevance Whatsoever

I wish to make it clear that this zoological finding has no relevance whatsoever to human societies, and that I in no way intend to imply that it does, and that anyone who accuses me of such a thing will hear from my lawyers:
When Superb Starlings live in groups, and the females have to compete to be the breeder, they develop plumage as beautiful as that of the males. When one female has the nest to herself, her feathers are drab.
